Responsible for the day-to-day operations performed for LACMTA's Low-Income Fare is Easy (LIFE) program and nearly 100,000 annually enrolled individuals.
Recruitment and management of 300+ community-based and government partners ensuring compliance of all program guidelines set forth by the funder.
Management and oversight of taxi service providers ensuring compliance of program guidelines set forth by the funder, monthly audits of taxi subsidy redemptions/invoices for accuracy, investigate complaints by partner agencies/taxi servicer providers providing resolutions.
Continuously improving program efficiency with deliverance of trainings and program support to community based and government partners.
Oversight of transportation subsidy to include issuance and monthly reconciliation of taxi coupons/vouchers and 4-regional ride tickets to partnering agencies for monthly reporting/billing.
Work closely with the outreach coordinator in identify large to small scale outreach opportunities to increase program awareness and enrollments.
Develop relationships with other community based and government organizations at schedule outreach events for possible program partnership and future outreach participation.
Provide support to department Director to ensure program deliverables are executed and support any special projects as requested by the funding source.
Development of strategic plans, setting clear objectives and achievable milestones for the team for successful program outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive program evaluations, identifying areas of improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
Manage cross-functional teams for successful completion of deliverables within deadlines and allocated budgets to ensure effective use of time and resources.
Serve as direct supervisor to the Program Coordinator, Outreach Coordinator, and Program Assistants.
