My name is Hedieh Panahiazar, and I am an enthusiastic person who loves working with children, with experience in childcare settings in Ontario. My journey in working with children began four years ago when I earned my Teacher Training Course (TTC—Kids) certificate and started teaching English as a Second Language to children in various daycares and kindergartens in my home country, Also I worked at kindergartens as an assistant. Upon moving to Toronto, I joined Gerrard Early Learning Center as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, where I gained valuable experience. Motivated by my passion for early childhood education, I applied to George Brown College to pursue my Licensed Educator Diploma and was thrilled to be accepted on my first attempt. At George Brown, I learned to engage with children through the ELECT framework and Ontario's pedagogy for the early years, "How Does Learning Happen?", as well as the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA). This education has provided me with a strong foundation, and I am now excited to work as a Supply Early Childhood Assistant, eager to contribute my skills and experiences to my new workplace.
