my functions were conciliator and mediator, my role was to assist in resolving conflicts between the employer and the employee, conduct hearings, document each one, and make agreements based on what was discussed. I also served as an assistant to the judge in each case, facilitating communication and helping in the drafting of agreements.

• My duties here included being a general maintenance assistant. This involved installing electrical and pneumatic lines, moving and installing industrial machinery for footwear production, and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

At this company, we repaired forklifts on-site for businesses that needed them. Being a mobile workshop, my duties included preparing and organizing all tools, assisting with mechanical work (disassembling engine parts), cleaning parts, and reassembling engines with new parts, all under the supervision of an expert. I learned to work with diesel and gasoline engines, both turbocharged and naturally aspirated.
