These cases include the prosecution of a surgeon for the murder of a patient, an elected official, theft of public funds, immigration services providers, large scale employee embezzlements, securities, real estate, and tax fraud
The prosecution of white-collar crimes involves the review, analysis and organization of thousands of pages of documents, including civil discovery, real estate, financial and business records
Most of the litigated cases require the use of experts, including forensic accountants.
