  • Learned how to scoop ice cream, such as learning how to not under-scoop while also not over-scooping when serving customers, essentially just serving them an appropriate amount of ice cream according to the store's policies.
  • Learned the recipes of all items on the menu and memorized them, such as remembering the amount of ounces for shakes/smoothies, how many pumps of syrups to use and how many toppings to use on sundaes all varying on sizes. (small, medium and large)
  • Assisted customers with cakes and write up order tickets for customers if they wanted to order a cake

  • Made sure everything such as ice cream in tubs, ice cream toppings, and eating utensils were stocked up during downtime, as well as making sure and keeping the store clean during downtime.
