- Develop relationships and promote partnerships with senior staff in health authorities
- Facilitate the effective planning and delivery of health authority capital projects and monitor health authority capital practices for compliance with the Capital Asset Management Framework
- Collaborate with health authority staff and Ministry staff on development teams for capital project concept plans and business plans
