Senior Capital Analyst

  • Develop relationships and promote partnerships with senior staff in health authorities
  • Facilitate the effective planning and delivery of health authority capital projects and monitor health authority capital practices for compliance with the Capital Asset Management Framework
  • Collaborate with health authority staff and Ministry staff on development teams for capital project concept plans and business plans
  • Provide guidance to health authorities on Ministry requirements for capital planning, capital funding partnerships, facility condition assessments, property acquisitions and disposals, procurement, communications, capital programs, and capital project delivery
