I am a hard worker and take direction well, I have the skills of a good leader and a positive attitude. if given this opportunity i would prove to you that i can do just that.
i was given the opportunity to work in this environment and was taught a lot i stared at the jewelry counter putting out the jewelry in the show the show case when we recieved the stock for that day. When it wasn't busy i would help on the floor putting out stock and cleaning.. also worked Frontline with customer service. there i would do returns from customers,and do sales.
Put out stock when it was needed.
A fulltime position came up ,I applied and got the it
The duties were the following;
Covering breaks.
Putting out stock in the AM and or until it was done.
Doing features with the wear me now items that were sent.
Rearranging runs to make more room for clothing that needed to be put out.
Called to till when they need help, wether it was to help with customers or putting away returns.
We would make sure that the recover was put away in the fitting room and back on the sales floor to purchase.
We would make sure the store was NCO at all times so the customers had a good shopping experience.
Evenings we would we would do a through clean and help frontline do closing till if asked.
I also worked the the warehouse to process merchandise in the AM to put out for morning stock.
i was given the opportunity to be a Key Holder,there i assisted mangers and learn the ways of the store.
My responsibilities were the following:
Open Procedures:
Morning paper work, counting the tills,making sure the store was NCO for opening.
Closing Procedures:
Evening paper work, auditing paper work, debit and credit card readings, making deposits,
Making sure the store was NCO for the next day opening.
Visual:
Distributing stock/clothing on the floor fixtures and walls to appropriate places from the email that would be sent from Head Office.
Dressed mannequin display windows.
Payroll;
at the end of the day payroll had to be done and sent to head office with additional paper work that had to be sent at the end of the day.
Stock:
Entering carton numbers into the computer to notify head office that we have received the stock
