Successfully negotiated labour contracts with 3 separate unions. Required finding solutions to bond requirements for new contractors and mitigating exposure to territorial overlap with two of the unions.
Lead in new approach to increase production and maintain revenue streams. This process included the introduction and use of climber scaffolding units and zoom boom machinery in place of the traditional fixed scaffolds and straight mast machinery. Resulted in increased production in block units and reduced labour costs by 10%.
