Hayley Hinkson

I am great at time management and will be someone you can count on. I have a lot of motivation and can learn skills quickly. I believe I can be a good addition to this team and will work well with other employees.

This role requires good leadership skills, organization skills to plan meetings at times suitable for everyone, communication skills to assist my mentees with any questions they may have, time management skills to incorporate these meetings into my academic life. 

I volunteered several times in my last year of high school (2021) at an outdoor food sale to help raise money to buy backpacks for children. I gained skills with food preparation such as making burgers, hotdogs, serving desserts etc. I also volunteered at events for Autism Awareness at the University of Toronto (2022-2023). I was able to help set up the food and drinks workshop and other activities where I gained skills such as working with a team. This allowed me to have more experience with collaborating.
