  • Assist the VP of Philanthropy in the implementation of a centralized project management system to support stakeholder relations activities, including monthly pledge reminders, manage designated gift processes to capture the monitoring and reporting of designated gifts, cost centres and the fulfilment of gift agreements
  • Manage and track donor impact reports by supporting the design, content customization and delivery of proposals, donor communications and impact reports
  • Customize and draft various documents such as thank you letters, funding proposals, impact reports and gift agreements
  • Enter call reports and all required actions associated into Raiser’s Edge
  • Provide data and financial reports including monthly revenue and donor pipeline updates from Raiser’s Edge
  • Assist major gift fundraisers and collaborate with the Stewardship Coordinator on requests of key stakeholders for donor recognition and stewardship activities
