My name is Hayden Robinson, and I am 21 years old. I have been working as at Labore with MCS since April 2025. In just six months, I’ve gained valuable hands on experience and developed a strong understanding of the job, and I’m eager to continue learning and growing. Prior to joining MCS, I spent over a year and a half racing dirt bikes professionally after being given the opportunity to turn pro in 2023. I’ve been passionate about dirt bike racing since the age of 13, and competing at a professional level taught me discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic qualities I now bring to my career in construction. I am highly motivated, dependable, and always open to learning new skills to improve both personally and professionally.
