Working alongside track directors, I initiated new ways to streamline race staging zones to allow for a faster transfer system.

I was responsible for supervising children and creating engaging playtime activities such as games that were fun and educational as well as managing their daily nap and eating schedules. I communicated clearly and effectively with their parents to ensure they knew how their children spent their day / evening.

Collaborating with the Better Bodz team, I actively worked on organizing and collecting donations for a Christmas chartable campaign that spanned 2 months. I was responsible for tracking and evaluating all donations as well as delivering them to the donation points.
