Led a team of twenty students in the Journalism elective to produce quarterly issues of the school newspaper, regularly meeting with the editorial team to set and ensure key deadlines are met, managing layout and visual design, and educating younger students on journalistic best practices and writing skills.

- Copyedited poetry, creative nonfiction, and short fiction youth writing and provided detailed feedback on content, voice, and structure

- Mentored Junior Editors in editorial best practices and constructive critique

- Evaluated submissions for publication in the Polyphony Literary Magazine

- Assisted the directors of the Queer Counselors-in-Training program full time in overnight camp operations

- Lead daily activities focused around leadership and identity for LGBTQ+ youth

- Supported campers in adapting to communal living and mediated interpersonal disagreements to encourage positive conflict resolution
