• Maintain existing business, expand relationships with current clients, and assist in bringing new clients into the organization
• Manage a book of house accounts and assist in the growth of that book of business
• Meet with the team for pre-renewal meetings on qualifying accounts and development of client opportunities
* Partner with Commercial Property and Casualty Producers to perform needs analysis of prospective and existing clients to identify new client solutions and agency revenue opportunities
• Analyze insurance policies and contracts to understand coverage limits, terms, and conditions •
• Send verification of insurance to third parties as requested by clients or regulatory authorities •
• Handle customer requests for policy changes, insurance certificates, billing inquiries, and claim submissions •
• Provide coverage interpretation and analysis for current and prospective clients
* Assist in cross-selling and account rounding opportunities
* Prepare Summaries of Insurance on renewal accounts and market renewal accounts as needed
Proven expertise in insurance products, service and customer needs. Familiar with analyzing documentation, liaising between parties and handling both routine and complex issues each day. Identifies and resolves concerns while promoting new products and meeting sales objectives.
