  • Responsibilities include overseeing, managing, and the safeguard of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC)/United States Fleet Force (USFF) and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)’s Government Furnished Property (GFP) in MAXIMO, SHAREPOINT, and Confluence/JIRA databases to reflect cradle to grave tenure, assigned custodianship, transfers, check-in/checkout of all GFP assets and logistics lifecycle.
  • Mentor and provide ongoing training to team members for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, processing brand new GFP assets, processing assets for disposition to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), record keeping, database accuracy, and inventories.
  • Accepting and transferring contract GFP through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) database for property being transferred on or off the contract.
  • Submitting cases in (PIEE) database for lost, theft, damaged or destroyed assets in order to receive relief from contract by the government.
  • Inventory control of all GFP equipment, perform quarterly and yearly property control activity audits to ensure accuracy, compliance and ongoing accountability of GFP and Non-GFP asset assigned equipment.
  • Work and coordinate with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) government personnel and website to properly disposal of designated property for disposition under the reutilization program per government requirements.
  • Process the required ETIDS (DD1348) documents for each and all GFP assets designated for Disposition.
  • Additional utilization of DCMA and DLA website links to conduct daily business with Account Management and Provisioning Systems (AMPS), WebFlis, FEDLOG, Haystack, and OneTouch for accurate National Stock Numbers (NSN) or National Item Identification Number (NIIN) classifications and other needed tools.
  • Generate, track, and maintain DD1149 authorized government documents for all transfers and/or property received to contract from government and other contractors.
  • Process and submit all documentation needed for weekly barge transport to San Clemente Island of assets, materiels, vehicles, and personal affects.
  • Attend weekly and bi-weekly teams meeting for all logistics analyst at all sites across the united states military bases for training, accountability and progress up dates.
