• Oversee all aspects of operations for a multi-disciplinary rehab center. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, payroll, inventory management, marketing, social media management, and training.
• Handle case management for MIG/non-MIG/non-CAT MVA, LTD, and WSIB return-to-work cases, encompassing examination, treatment plan implementation, and coordination with claims adjusters, doctors, lawyers, and stakeholders.
• Tracking and analysis of performance metrics/KPIs for budgeting reports and presentation of business statistics to head office.
• Address customer escalations, manage employee health and safety protocols, and coordinate return-to-work accommodations. Direct employee training programs to ensure a safe workplace environment.
• Treat Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), LTD, WSIB, and private patients in a gym setting
• Work with an interdisciplinary team in matters regarding treatment, progression of treatment and management of the client
• Design and implement an exercise program to meet the identified client needs, address client concerns, and bridge the gap between their current capacity and the demands they must be able to meet
• Complete employer assessments such as Physical Demands Analysis (PDA), and Functional Evaluations to confirm job capability of essential job demands
