• Hands-on experience providing direct personal care in long-term care and nursing home environments
• Certified Personal Support Worker with up-to-date CPR, First Aid, and BLS credentials
• Skilled in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and exercise
• Knowledgeable in safe lifting, transferring, and proper use of mobility aids
• Proficient in monitoring and documenting intake/output and completing detailed care reports
• Experienced in supporting residents with cognitive impairments, mental health challenges, and end-of-life needs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with residents, families, and healthcare staff
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
