I have a hospitality background with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management as well as a Diploma in Food Production. I am equipped with extensive knowledge in hotel operations, good customer service practices, and problem-solving techniques. I have experienced in managing teams and implementing productive strategies. I am highly proficient at coaching and mentoring my peers from my years as a chef and kitchen manager. I have adequate experience in helping my teammates out of critical situations and I am always ready for a challenge. I am a passionate and creative thinker, utilizing quantitative analysis and analytics to develop innovative strategies.
