  • Sub-Contract: Responsible for more than 110 Sub-Contracts on project with annual pay out of $4.5M. Following various processes including Selection, Finalization of Scope, Issuing RFP/RFQ, Onboarding, Quality Control and Dispute Resolution. Help project to save $5.5M by implementing best contractual practices and rigorous selection process for all sub-contractors.
  • IT Implementation: Responsible for overall IT implementation for project with a total cost of $6.5M. Ensure all Corporate IT requirements for project are fulfilled and meet expectations of all stakeholders including Design and Built Partners and Maintenance Staff. Ensure smooth transition of Industrial IT from Design Partner and help to save total cost of $2.5M for project. Also, responsible for smooth implementation AMS – Asset Management System – Maximo.
  • Facility Management: Responsible for the overall Facility Management on the Project consisting of more than 6000 assets costing $600M-$700M. Managing multiple facilities including Maintenance Depot, 13 LRT Stops & Station, 12 Utility Complexes, 95-100 km of Landscaping, Critical Structures like Tunnel, Bridges etc.
  • Quality Management: Responsible for overall Quality Management for LRVs, Projects, Contracts, Infrastructure and Facilities on project except Environment portion.

  • Production Management: Implemented most efficient production practices and awarded as best production site in North America for consecutive 3 years. Responsible for taking lead for CFT (Cross Functional Team) and made sure that all issues pertaining to all production stations were discussed and resolved among various stakeholders – Supply, Industrial, Quality, Configuration and Engineering. Delegated tasks effectively and analyzed reports to improve efficiency and output. Also, ensured all KPIs (Key-Performance Indicators) related to production and quality of product were met.
  • Quality Control: Facilitated ISO Quality audit for facility ensuring organization’s quality policies. Ensured all documents are prepared and presented to ISO auditor during audit. Complied with ISO audit requirements by implementing policies related to production monitoring, traceability, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Agile Manufacturing: Implemented agile manufacturing techniques and helped to bring efficiency in production activities that helped organization to save annual cost of $3M. Implemented various techniques like RCA, PDCA, QRQC and AQL etc. to bring efficiency and safety into production activities.
  • People Management: Managed a team of 20-25 members, including team leaders and production technicians. Took various initiatives for people engagement and team building. Emphasized on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement to achieve best results.
