Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
Support mobility using proper body mechanics, lifts, and safe transfer techniques.
Assist with continence care and proper use of toileting aids
Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with feeding as required.
Measure and document fluid intake and output.
Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
Observe changes in physical or emotional condition and report concerns promptly.
Encourage participation in daily routines and light physical activity.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment. Follow infection control, health, and safety policies at all times.
