• Successfully arrange funding of 15 Billion for Gujrat - Mumbai High Speed rail network for Government of Indian through Sovereign Fund.
• Conduct study for MRT phase 2 for Kuala Lumpur Metro, project is now under funding approval stage with an estimated cost of 10 Billio USD.

Lenstar Investments was a Uk based company, which was formed to develop a 8 Billion US Dollar refinery in Malaysia.

Joined as partner with 15% shareholding and Director of Engineering and Project management.

• Successfully negotiated with state of Malacca land acquisition, approvals from EPC and development authorities.
• Develop engineering plans.
• Develop project cash flows plans, major mile stones, overall management structure.
• Negotiated and engaged major engineering firms from Netherlands for design and build on-shore tanks.

Caterpillar has a special division to cater their client with fleet over 100 equipment offering them special pricing on parts, services, on site stock management and dedicated contract management.

Under this role, I was responsible to develop, negotiate and implement contracts. Once contract was executed, my role was to establish dedicated customer service counter and warehouse for the client in their requested territories.
