  • As a customer service representative, I was responsible for handling guests and their experience at the casino
  • I handled large crowds by efficiently directing large groups of customers during busy periods
  • Inputting players information, verifying ID, and informing the patron on the benefits they could receive
  • Providing guidance and assistance to patrons to ensure they are able to take advantage of available promotions and maximize their benefits
  • Such as free slot play and running slot machine tournaments
  • This role also included making phone calls to our top patrons to invite them to VIP dinners
  • I utilized my experience throughout the casino in this role to assist patrons with questions about games, our restaurant and bar, or about promotions available to them
  • Created a keyboard shortcuts cheat sheet for my coworkers to help utilize their computers more efficiently
  • Awarded a Green Leadership Certificate from WWF Canada, and OLG for my dedication to leading sustainability at work
  • Discovered and implemented recycling programs for the department
  • Through this program thousands of pounds of players cards were diverted from the landfill, and were recycled instead, as well as having the majority of our departments paper waste recycled.
