Recently, graduated student of the Development Service Worker program from Cambrian College, and had done placements at two different schools and one community home, and learned the skills which are needed for contributing to the success of your organization. A better understanding of activities of supports with all ages of the participants and participants with mental disorders as well as physically disabled. Adequate knowledge of Ergonomics, assistive devices, home exercise programs, wheelchairs, crutch walking, use of a cane, and modifications in exercises according to the patient's convenience. The ability to quickly adapt to the working environment and managing time is among the top skills. Excellent teamwork, leadership, written and verbal communication skills, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities developed while working in a group.
