· Ensuring delivery of rice (after milling) from rice mills to the Foodgrains Corporation of India.

· Preparing and sending bills of rice to the FCI Corporation of India and ensuring receipt of payment from them.

· Ensuring that all sanitary measures are followed in storage of wheat in storage centers.

· Ensuring to follow all preventive measures against infestation of wheat stock.

· Arranging for time-to-time proper fumigation of infested wheat stock.

· Making arrangement to protect the wheat stock from any kind of damage such as natural calamities, rodents, pests, birds and diseases.
