I began my professional journey as a dedicated team member, quickly evolving into an adept multitasker with a keen eye for achieving targets and seizing every opportunity for growth. My adaptability and drive led me to contribute and handle to multiple stores, where I played a pivotal role in the successful launch of two brand-new locations. Collaborating closely with the HR team, construction team, and project managers, I honed my ability to coordinate and execute complex projects efficiently. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working under the guidance of four area managers and learning from the expertise of five seasoned Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), which has significantly broadened my managerial perspective and operational skills. My commitment to excellence is unwavering, as I am always willing to go above and beyond, giving more than 100% to not only showcase my abilities but also to consistently exceed targets and contribute to the success of the organization.
