  • First home built was 2008 in burnaby.
  • From there, I built my first spec home in Vancouver in 2014
  • From 2014 onward I would build single detached homes every 1 to 2 years
  • In 2015, I developed 10 unit town houses in Vancouver.
  • Since I have been building, I have developed great relationships with all of my trades and sub-
    trades and would use them for all of my projects
  • I have many years of experience in managing projects, sub-trades and employees and very successful in doing so
  • I have successfully built and sold more than 15 homes and projects over 10 years
  • Completed the CPD courses necessary for my Home Builders License for May 27, 2023
