• Key focus is on working within the VS contributing Supply Chain and purchasing expertise to the Corporation and customer portfolio.
• Maintain responsibility for the VS Kanban Board - Clear to Build (CTB) and work with the Planner and Customer Account Manager to align the plan and report both internally to the business and externally to the customer identifying Risk, change requests, and supply issues.
• Key participant in Demand Intake by providing Planning and Customer Operations with material availability and risk assessment.
• Manage discrete PPV to honor customer commitments and recover lost PPV and Purchase Order Variance by utilizing alternate supply lines and creative solutions.
• Supplier Communication - maintain a mutually productive business relationship with suppliers through prompt and accurate communication; maintain current supplier information within database to ensure ease of doing business, maintain supplier relationships, compliance and performance via communication and corrective action measures.
• Resolve part/supplier escalations from teams to ensure continuity of supply.
• Continual updating of comments for all exceptions (CTB)
• Monitoring and action Supplier OTD
• Actively look at common part numbers between customers and suggest inventory transfers for E&O disposition
• Resolve receiving discrepancies with Suppliers within 15 days
• Resolve and disposition of MRB within 30 days
• Review and approve ECOs affecting the AVL.

Approvals for exception management (MOQ/Source/logistics)

• Coordinate the shipping process with the loaders and team members.
• Coordinate with the admin team to verify the documents.
• Driving pacers and loading the containers maintaining the safety measures of the warehouse.
• Efficiently perform case picking system around the warehouse during run.
• Accurately select and pick items based on shipping orders.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets

• Budgeted capacity planning to be performed for optimum usage and attain best outcomes for every financial year
• Manufacturing plan preparation for all the manufacturing stages in pharma industry to attain the max
• Output from machines
• To prepare monthly and quarterly demand and production plan to meet the requirements of marketing by coordinating with demand planning team and production team
• Coordinate with the production team for product priorities and their timely deliveries as per the supply requirements
• Create process order in SAP, maintain MRP views, check BOM and maintain inventory for raw materials using SAP generated reports
• Monitor and control SFG and FG deliveries at plant level to expedite the process of sale loss/FTS products using SAP reports
• Publish MIS as per desired requirements at senior level fetching data from the SAP
• Team-up with the internal stakeholder for the resolution of the product stuck at quality level
• To built-up the material inventory as per the demand forecast for the smooth manufacturing flow to attain the timely delivery of the products
• To reduce the disposition cost by managing demand to use material before its expiry, to manage demand as per optimum material usage
• Monthly and Quarterly presentation to prepare for the plan versus actual delivery of product and resolution to provide for the nondelivered products to meet the timely delivery of product in next batch
