- Performed root cause analysis using lean tools (fishbone diagram) to resolve lengthy process timing and recommended corrective action enabling yield increase

- Improved the accessibility to tools and machines by implementing the 6S methodology
- Managed a team of mechanics, an in-house welder, and a contractor to install and commission two flowmeters and assisted in the calibration
- Closely worked with contractors in facility maintenance projects
Took the initiative to comply with the company's integrated management systems including Quality, GMP, and Health and safety
- Trained the employees on standardizing tasks using one-point lessons and standard operating procedures and created a feedback system accessible to on-floor employees
- Managed projects which improved the GMP and Health and safety standards by closely working with the quality assurance team
- Prepare summaries of data indicators, highlight process deficiencies and process non-compliance to department managers and assist them in the implementation of corrective actions
- Analyze the KPIs and recommend process changes leading to an increase in production efficiency.
