✓ Assembled and installed Various Steel Functional Parts of a Die such as TTP,
Binder, and Clamping pads, as per provided design and tolerances.
✓ Assisted Lead Hand in Buyoff of Die Shoe, Validating Die Shoe is Not Missing
Any Feature and Provided Feature are within the provided tolerances (as tight
as .001” on various functional parts across the shop floor)
✓ Manually machined, if product or part is found to be out of tolerances limits,
by using various measuring and machining tools such as gauge blocks,
micrometres, vernier calliper, depth micrometre, dial indicator surface
grinder, milling machine, and drill machines.
✓ Running various functional lines such as pneumatic, hydraulic, water,
electrical as per design provided and feasibility.
✓ Assisting tool makers lead check process i.e., validation of upper to lower
form are within ± 0.05 mm and validating pads are flushed to - 0.1 mm and
validating binder gaps match FEA within ± 0.05 mm.
✓ Being involved in various meetings and training such as SGM, 4DX, employee
meetings to gain business perspective and training
✓ Managed workstation according to 5s principles to decrease waste while
optimizing productivity.
