During the internship, I was responsible for preparing daily routine reports and compiling and analyzing operational data. I also handled the summary and analysis of weekly and monthly reports, which were presented through PPT submissions. Conducted multi-dimensional statistical analysis on the VNB (Value of New Business) ratio. Supported departmental coordination and assisted in executing various promotional activities. Additionally, I tracked project progress and monitored data, providing analytical insights to support product optimization.

Selected for the “Sunshine Elite Club” internship program at China Everbright Bank. Main responsibilities included: assisting in the management and supervision of daily banking operations, maintaining order in the banking hall, greeting clients, identifying their needs, guiding them through services, and answering inquiries. Additionally handled customer feedback, collected client information, and introduced banking products to new customers while offering personalized recommendations.
During the internship, I was recognized as an “Outstanding Intern” for my dedication, reliability, and strong performance.
