Impact: Strengthened government capacity to regulate illicit financial flows (IFFs) and negotiate resource-backed loans (RBLs), resulting in improved fiscal governance, increased revenue retention, and reduced financial vulnerabilities in Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe.
