Execute event planning aspect of primary recruitment and Continuous Open Bidding events pertaining to themes, decorations, refreshments, songs, presentations, ceremonies, videos and slideshows.

• Event planning - Oversee event committee and coordinate multiple events for 300+ people. Curate event themes and decorations, direct event staff for setup and tear down.
• Vendor management - Engage and communicate with vendors on event and marketing materials, requirements, and fulfillment.
• Budget management - Forecast expenses, track spending against forecast, and manage invoicing and payment with vendors.
