When approached with conflicted clients, I use psychology to understand their needs, assess the situation and appeal to their best need while ensuring the best of the company. During all jobs, I had to ensure I spoke to the clients in a professional manner and with the idea of maintaining a positive reputation for the company name. I hold a friendly and open demeanor which in turn ensures the customer/client/patient to trust and show willingness to cooperate during all situations including distress or frustration.
