As an experienced and passionate student, I am dedicated to engaging and supporting graduate students within Toronto Metropolitan University's Tri-Mentoring Program (TMP). My proven ability to create a safe and inclusive environment enables me to foster meaningful discussions and provide guidance to both mentees and mentors. I am proficient in maintaining regular contact and support through various platforms, ensuring that mentees feel connected and supported throughout their mentoring journey. With strong organizational skills, I am adept at planning and executing community-building events and program initiatives, with a special focus on meeting the needs of mature students. Building strong relationships with students, faculty, and departments, I take pride in representing the Tri-Mentoring Program during on-campus recruitment programs and orientation sessions. My commitment to ongoing learning and professional development drives me to actively participate in staff training sessions, contributing valuable insights to enhance the team's success.
