  • Developed antibody based theranostics for PET imaging and radioimmunotherapy of ovarian, pancreatic, and breast cancer.
  • Developed fully human antibodies using synthetic antibody libraries by phage display.
  • Applied multiple innovative selection techniques to synthetic and immune antibody libraries, like phage display, FACS sorting, plate-based screening.
  • Sub-clone hits into expression vectors and produce them at micro-scale in a high-throughput manner.
  • Engineer and improve binders by means of affinity maturation or humanization.
  • Antibody expression in EXPi293 mammalian cells and purification using affinity chromatography.
  • Characterized antibody for binding affinity and specificity using SPR and flow cytometry, internalization and in-vitro cytotoxicity using InCucyte.
  • Developed antibody based PET/SPECT imaging probe using different radioisotopes.
  • Developed antibody based radiopharmaceuticals using alpha and beta radioisotopes.
