My time working in construction has provided me with skills and experiences that can significantly contribute to a successful role at the Dealership. In construction, I honed my ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with Clients, Suppliers, and team members, which gave me the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, Close deals, and consistently exceed client expectations. I take pride in being approachable and making customers feel comfortable and valued. By Genuinely engaging with them, addressing their concerns with patience, and always maintaining a positive attitude. I will try to always ensure the interaction I have with them is pleasant and professional. My goal is to build a strong sense of trust and creating a memorable experience for every customer I meet. I have learned to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines, which ensure I stay adaptable and reliable in a dealership setting. Problems may arise even when least expected, through construction I have been able to build a strong sense of critical thinking. I had to adopt an ability to make reasonable decisions, and find practical solutions to unexpected challenges, such as delays, equipment issues, or design changes. These skills translate seamlessly into a dealership setting, where resolving customer concern, addressing operational problems, and ensuring smooth team collaboration are key. The ability to approach issues and ensure that I can effectively handle the challenge in an orderly manner. Its about having the ideology of thinking on your feet and keeping operation running.

By attending Volunteer sessions with my Church I have been able to be more friendly with others around. By doing so I have been improving my ability to connect with others on deeper level. Volunteering has exposed me to work with others towards a shared goal, enhancing teamwork skills. In a dealership environment, it would be of great help due to collaboration between departments. Dedication, Strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to improve lives would be some key qualities that would resonate well in a customer focused environment.

I am eager to embrace new opportunities to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. I believe working at a dealership will allow me to develop valuable skills, build strong relationships with customers, and become a more effective and well-rounded team member.
