• Managing Finances for the Organization, The Benji Impact, raising funds for allergy awareness, equipment and education across Canada, through events run at Western University.

• Planning and executing campus sporting events/tournaments. The proceeds go to the international organization Right To Play.
• More specifically, my role is to essentially make sure all events run smoothly, giving creative inputs to the rest of the team, ensuring all details are organized (tournament outlines & schedules), while staying in contact with facility managers.

• Using Open Table - balancing server sections, while organizing & booking guest reservations throughout restaurants in the hotel.
• Greeting guests at the host stand, creating a friendly & inviting first impression.
• Communicating with all waiting staff, kitchen staff & guests to ensure all visitors' experience is exceptional.
• Taking In-Room Dining phone calls - Ringing the orders into the kitchen to then prepare their table and manually deliver the check & food to their room.
