-Implement hands on activities that support and promote physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.

-Observe the interest of the children and plan activities based on the children's interest( child lead learning).

-Observe children to identify individuals in need of additional support and developed strategies to improve assistance.

-Give one-on-one attention to children while maintaining overall focus on entire group.

-Organize and supervise large and small group age appropriate activities.

-Establish and sustain a healthy collaborative relationship with children, parents ,co-workers and the community at large through consistent communication.
