Accomplishments

Orientations for new employees using policy and procedures set out with strict guidelines that were maintained and demanded high standards.

  • Supervised team of seven staff members and three peers.
  • Collaborated on one of the first harm reduction models for the city of Surrey. With training and encouragement on the subject, we managed to be very successful with a peer support program.

While engaging with my colleagues and students I was able to have open lines of communication building a safe and structured learning environment. I believe most students learn better through environment and involvement.
