Accomplishments
Orientations for new employees using policy and procedures set out with strict guidelines that were maintained and demanded high standards.
- Supervised team of seven staff members and three peers.
- Collaborated on one of the first harm reduction models for the city of Surrey. With training and encouragement on the subject, we managed to be very successful with a peer support program.
