  • Led all aspects of a divisional culture change project which included planning and conducting face-to-face consultations and focus groups with leaders and employees, data analysis, strategy creation, communication and work plan development and implementation, conducting continuous improvement, staff training, managing the people side of change, engaging stakeholders, and maintaining buy-in. This project received attention from senior leadership in other divisions – project plans, findings, lessons learned and recommendations for expansion were presented to executive leadership.
