I earned a bachelor's degree from Biola University in Kinesiology and I also hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Chapman University. I am a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (CSC). I am CPR certified, and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
