  • Lead on Legionella Pipeline improvements project at PHO where the pipeline was improved and a new feature was added for the first time in years.
  • Lead on the MongoDB monthly plate review additions to increase the quality and scope of the data captured through out COVID-19 pipeline, allowing managers and stakeholders to asses future decisions more accurately.
  • Key member of internationally reported COVID-19 research team that uncovered link between the original COVID-19 sequences and bat hosts.
  • Co-author and analyst on published paper: Machine learning using intrinsic genomic signatures for rapid classification of novel
    pathogens: COVID-19 case study with over 600 citations. (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0232391).
