. Answer the customers' queries and respond to their inquiries and complaints using available applications.
. Handle and solve customers' problems regarding company products and services.
Handle difficult customers very politely and professionally.
. Provide information regarding the products to the customers.
. Upsell products and services, and be able to complete call logs and reports.
Obtain and evaluate all the relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
. Login and report every individual customer under the correct category, and provide a report to the team leader of emergency.

. Preparing and organizing monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans for the relevant department.
. Implementing plans and policies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
. Providing professional and practical advice to resolve administrative and operational issues.
. Monitoring the collection of information, data, and figures, as well as ensuring the accurate recording of essential criminal case details in the database, to compile statistics, analyze crime rates, and track registered cases at the provincial level.
. Ensuring the precise documentation and registration of cases by prosecutors during investigations and prosecutions, to collect complete case information, maintain transparency and accountability, and identify duplicate cases.
. Supervising the return of incomplete forms for correction to the relevant authorities, and ensuring the proper submission of received cases to the designated committees.
. Managing the recording and registration of documents, data, figures, and case-related forms in the database to preserve and safeguard collected information, and provide immediate access for law enforcement, judicial, and investigative agencies across Afghanistan.
. Overseeing the registration of incoming cases in official records, and providing information on individuals’ criminal histories, as referred to case registration offices.
. Ensuring the preparation of accurate reports and crime statistics, including cases and registered files in the database, categorized by age, gender, type of crime, location, and forwarding them to the relevant authorities for further actions.
. Supervising the copying, archiving, and proper filing of completed forms, official documents, and incoming case files to ensure their security and preservation.
. Managing, leading, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of professional and administrative staff under direct supervision.
. Performing other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, in accordance with laws, regulations, and organizational goals.
. Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on completed activities to the relevant authorities.
