Cultivate informal networks with hospital senior management, updating them on a regular basis regarding developments within the medical department and progress made with the clinical and regulatory programs.
Maintain clear charting and patient documentation, including records of patient-encounter progress notes, treatment plans and consultation requests. Proactively provide patients and their families with educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics & ways to promote physical health and physiotherapy exercises such as Nordic track, isokinetic, etc. to promote client optimal mobility, independence and safety to magnify the outcomes of their medical care.
