- Leading Yanmar &JCB crankshaft line whose product is exported to Japan
- Do line setup and process implementation of all domestic and export variants
- Make different programs on Fanuc& Mazak controller according to variants
- Doing Macro programming and lock parameters which act as poka yoke in machine and ensure that product out from machine is defect free
- Implemented different parameters in machine to reduce production cost and avoid rejections
- Ensure 5S conditions and safety at shop floor to avoid unsafe act and unsafe conditions
- Providing training to operators on TPM,5S, Quality control, Poka yoke activities
- Take red bin analysis meeting
- Monitor CNC HMC machines during operation to ensure and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Monitoring and controlling QCDMS parameters
- Work with production incharge and other lead hand to ensure that correct balance of resources of all production line and production output achieve daily.
