Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ASP.net, Windows 2003 Server, Oracle 9i, Programmer,The Project CRM Report is concerned with the entire Customer who taken Broadband Internet Services. The Project Billing Report is Application Software, which closely monitors the progress of on going schemes. This System Contain all Information of customer who taken Broadband Internet Services. 


Set Top Box (STB), ASP.net, Windows 2003 Server, Oracle 9i, Programmer, The Project STB is concerned with the all details about STB which are active (sold & active). STB Project check the STB Number (16 digit number) and the VC(video card,10 digit number)) number with in Database, if the numbers are matching then the box is active otherwise remain inactive.
