• The Fulfillment Associate position may be required to receive products using radio frequency scanners, relocate products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and walkie-riders
• Fulfillment associates are expected to understand aspects of production; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
• They may also be required to pick customer orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine, pack and ship customer orders, receive product and troubleshoot problems to resolution.

• Collaborating with kitchen and serving staff to streamline communication and ensure seamless coordination in delivering orders to customers
• Handling cash and electronic transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process
• Assisting in the training of new customer service staff, sharing insights into effective communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement.

1. Managing the field implementation of the Programme including technical assistance related to agriculture and farm operations

2. Training and capacity building of the farmers and SHG members related to organic agriculture practices

3. Formation of Producers organization and Local groups following the organic agriculture practices.

4. Monitoring of the agriculture operations in the different villages of the block as per the season specific operations.

5. Supervising the farm livelihood cadre (Krishi Sakhi & Pashu Sakhi) about organic agriculture practices.

6. Generation of livelihood opportunities for SHG members in agriculture and allied sector.

7. Submission of Monthly progress report (MPR) to District Program Manager (DPM) every month

• Developed and executed a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Cultivated and maintained strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
