Responsible for overseeing gelato production and other associated tasks at Venchi stores along the west coast. Maintaining a constant workflow of maximum gelato production, store shipments, admin tasking, and training of new chefs for multiple stores.
Responsible for daily operation of heavy machinery and using company ingredients to independently run and maintain a kitchen to make ice creams for the Oceanside, Carlsbad, Del Mar and Pacific Beach stores at maximum capacity.
