Goals

I am pursuing a leadership role in infrastructure, integration, application development, and asset management implementations. My extensive experience as a Senior Program/Project Manager spans more than twenty years, providing me with a strong foundation in application development using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, infrastructure delivery, SDLC, application integration, change management, and effective leadership. Over the course of twenty-five years in the IT industry, I have gained expertise in a wide range of infrastructure projects, application integrations, COTS implementations, and communication tools. Recently, I have been leading a transformation project with the City of Calgary focused on Utility Network transformation and CADD software updates. This significant initiative is designed to align the City’s systems with ESRI databases and Geographic Information System foundations, leveraging in-house legacy data and expertise. The transformation will enable the future retirement of outdated technologies. The project involves upgrading critical infrastructure and processes, introducing new technologies, and phasing out legacy applications that have reached the end of their lifecycle. My project team includes systems analysts, subject matter experts, water engineers, data and GIS specialists, architects, field workers, and partnerships with third-party vendors and business partners for solutioning and implementation. I am motivated by new challenges and technologies, and I continually seek opportunities to apply my experience and knowledge to new projects.
