I started my professional career in the oil and gas industry which brought an array of knowledge in different areas. My work experience included working in an office as a geophysical processor to a field geologist on the drilling rigs. The responsibilities and time management experiences gained I still hold to this day.
In 2014 I completed a career change to the modular construction industry which I have been a part of for over nine years. Throughout that duration, I have completed numerous permanent modular construction projects, all as the project lead. Projects ranged from upscale operation camps in the oil field to a five star modular resort in Tofino BC.
In October 2023 I started project management consulting company in which I consult to two different companies on a per project basis. The first company is Stack Modular, where I was employee for just over two years before starting the consulting company. I currently aid in the construction methodology for the upcoming King Ed project with BC Housing. The second company is Karve Builders, which does smaller modular construction jobs across Canada. I am currently overseeing five active projects through Karve, which are all around the range of 1-2 Million dollars in budget. These projects range from permanent infrastructure, such as the 3 storey housing project in Sudbury Ontario, to camp installs in northern Saskatchewan.
Project lead in managing the design team for a 14- storey modular building in between King Edward Ave and Knight Street in Vancouver. This project is intended on creating 109 safe and affordable housing units with a focus urban indigenous people located in Vancouver. Therefore, a lot of the design intention is focused around providing cultural spaces for learning and support.
This project recently submitted for building permit with construction starting summer 2024.

Once building permit was achieved, maintained the project lead position responsible for all sub-contracts, budgeting, and stake holders main point of contact, as well as co-onsite construction manager throughout the entire construction to occupancy permit. PROJECT 1: Gitwangak Apartment Complex

LOCATION: Gitwangak, BC
DATES: January 2021- May 2021
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project lead in managing all engineering and design consultants to bring the design to IFC. During this design phase, multiple stake holders priorities had to be accounted for while still maintaining the budget. The main stake holders involved included, the Gitwangak housing committee and the community approval, MNP, and BC Housing.

DATES: Dec 2017- August 2020
